Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Webdraft ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Webdraft website and services. By accessing or using Webdraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Use of Services
Account Requirements
To use Webdraft, you must have a valid GitHub account. Your use of Webdraft is also subject to GitHub's Terms of Service and any applicable GitHub policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Webdraft:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Webdraft, a Webdraft employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm Webdraft or users of the Service
- To attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate-limiting systems
Service Limitations
Webdraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to limit or restrict access to the service for maintenance, improvements, or other reasons, without notice.
Intellectual Property
The Webdraft service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Webdraft and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Your code and repositories remain your property. We do not claim ownership over any content that you create, modify, or access through our service. However, by using our AI assistance features, you grant the relevant AI provider the right to use your code submissions according to their terms of service.

Webdraft integrates with GitHub and various AI providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies:

CODEXOR IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CODE GENERATED OR MODIFIED THROUGH OUR AI ASSISTANCE FEATURES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODEXOR, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
- ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE
- ANY CODE GENERATED OR MODIFIED THROUGH OUR AI ASSISTANCE FEATURES
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webdraft, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
